The IofAM are now able to provide an external evaluation of the effectiveness and performance of individual Boards. Areas of evaluation can include: reliability and commitment, contribution, etiquette and above and beyond the call of duty. Experienced Association Managers would attend your Board meeting to observe proceedings, provide a report based on their findings and then offer advice and support with any further discussions as necessary.
